Russia: RZD’s comment on the report of Brunswick Rail
In the 13th Report we published a comment of Dmitry Bovykin, Head of Marketing & Research of Brunswick Rail, who claimed that the wagon shortage in Russian rail sector might reach 380,000 units by 2015. Now we publish the comment on the matter from the side of the Russian Railways.
