Poland: PKP Intercity and Przewozy Regionalne do not pay for using the tracks
Polish passenger operators PKP Intercity and Przewozy Regionalne stopped paying liabilities to the manager of railway infrastructure. Both companies already owe PLN 250m (EUR 64.4m) to PKP PLK.
