Ukraine: Ukrzaliznytsia to analyze railway carrying capacity in Black Sea direction
Transport and Communications Minister Kostiantyn Yefimenko instructed the State Railway Administration to analyze the railway carrying capacity in the directions toward main Black Sea ports of Odesa, Mykolayiv and Crimean regions.
