Lithuania: Rail Baltica has priority over high-speed railroad
Janis Reirs head of Saeima Budget Finance Committee said in Latvian State Radio that the “construction of Rail Baltica has priority over the high speed railroad project between Riga and Moscow, which still does not have an actual funding plan” .
