Russia, Ukraine: RZD and Ukrzaliznytsia set up joint working group on high-speed passenger services
Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) and Russian Railways (RZD) created a joint working group, which will focus on high-speed passenger services between the two countries.
