Estonia: Special terminal for Kazakhstan cargo in Port of Tallinn

Port of Tallinn will probably construct a special cargo terminal for freight coming from Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan announced.

This project would allow Port of Tallinn to create a special economic area. Moreover, Kazakhstan would get an opportunity to access the European markets without any intermediaries.

Together with establishing the new terminal, Estonia plans also to create specific tariffs for railway cargo transport on it.
