Czech Republic: 30 transport projects endangered due to approved budget
30 large projects in the field of transport infrastructure will be delayed or even canceled after changes in the state budget were approved by the Chamber of Deputies on the 10th of December.
The budget of the State Transport Infrastructure Fund (SFDI) was cut by CZK 5 billion (EUR 194m), even though it was very tight already before the changes were approved. According to Hanzelka, mostly new motorway projects will be affected by the budget cut.
